Our products and approach address a farm’s yield-limiting factors with balanced fertilizer blends that go beyond NPK to include calcium, sulfur and micronutrients, such as boron, magnesium and manganese.

Summary

Midwestern BioAg is looking for a qualified executive administrative associate to assist corporate leaders in everything administrative tasks such as internal and external communications, keeping an organized and detailed calendar, and other duties. The executive administrative associate will work with personnel from every department, from finance to operations, to efficiently accomplish tasks.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and creative, with a can-do attitude. This is a unique leadership opportunity where you can learn about how to run a company and strategize on the highest level. The executive administrative associate will gain hands-on experience in a leading sustainable-agriculture and plant-nutrient company working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from experienced business professionals and other members of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain calendar of corporate executives
  • Reach out to contacts to schedule meetings
  • Offer insight when it comes to solving strategic dilemmas
  • Track relationship history and maintain some knowledge of professional connections
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Major in sales, marketing, agriculture, business or related field
  • Interest in and passion for sustainability
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license a plus
