Midwestern BioAg’s offering of field-proven products feed a balanced mineral diet to the soil and crop which stimulates soil life and enhances nutrient-use efficiency. Our products and approach address a farm’s yield-limiting factors with balanced fertilizer blends that go beyond NPK to include calcium, sulfur, and micronutrients, such as boron, magnesium and manganese.


Midwestern BioAg is looking for a qualified operations associate to assist in various stages of operations management, including the coordination of product acquisition, shipment and product transfers across locations to ensure movement of product inventory based on customer/location needs. The supply chain associate will be involved in customer service on many levels, including but not limited to product sourcing, order processing and inventory coordination. The supply chain associate will gain experience by looking at company and market forecasts to maintain competitive pricing and purchasing.

The ideal candidate will be energetic and creative with a can-do attitude. You will gain hands-on experience in a leading sustainable agriculture and plant nutrient company working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from experienced management and other members of our team.


  • Assist with coordination of product acquisition, shipment and transfers across locations
  • Keep organized records of customer service, transactions and inventory transportation
  • Identify ways to more efficiently source materials, process orders and streamline communication
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Learn how to source products in high volumes and of high quality for the best price
  • Gain experience maintaining organized records and efficiently managing time
  • Enhance critical thinking skills by innovating strategy and overcoming obstacles in supply chain


  • Major in engineering, logistics, agriculture, business, or related field
  • Interest in and passion for sustainability
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license a plus
  • Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds.
