How It Works.
Enroll by June 5, 2026
Follow your Midwestern BioAg Authorized Dealer or Agent’s product use recommendations when applying Bio-Gel Technology to a minimum of 500 acres. Submit as-applied maps or boundaries to your Authorized Dealer or Agent by August 15, 2026. During the crop year, you must carry a multi-peril crop insurance policy and report yields to insurance at Optional Unit Level.

Establish an untreated control section within each township, a minimum of 40 acres.

Treat the remaining acres with Bio-Gel Technology: RootSurge, NSurge, YieldArmor, HydraPrime, and/or KSurge.

Compare the performance of the treated sections to the untreated control sections.

If the treated sections do not outperform the untreated sections by the target threshold, you will receive a warranty program payment per acre.
Fields filed under a crop insurance claim, yielding below 80% of their APH or located in a county declared as a “Disaster County” will be excluded from the warranty program.

Bio-Gel® Warranty Program (the “Program”) Summary of Rules:
To be eligible for a warranty payment for underperforming acres, participating customers must:
- Enroll in the Program by June 5, 2026, and follow all Program rules and requirements in the enrollment documents.
- Establish an untreated control section within each township (minimum of 40 acres).
- Apply Bio-Gel® products to a minimum of 500 acres, following Midwestern BioAg’s label directions on product use and any additional recommendations on use from your authorized dealer or agent.
- For the duration of the Program, carry a multi-peril crop insurance policy and report yields to insurance at the Optional Unit level.
- Submit as-applied maps or boundaries to your authorized dealer or agent by August 15, 2026.
- Treated and untreated sections will be measured using adjusted APH. If the treated acres do not achieve the yield improvement over the untreated acres, you will receive a warranty payment of your actual cost for product or the MSRP, whichever is less, per underperforming acre. You must submit a valid invoice or bill of sale to document your cost.

*Disclaimers:
- Yield improvement over the indexed APH of the untreated control acres under the Program depends on the number of Bio-Gel® products used:
- One Bio-Gel® product: 2% yield improvement.
- Two Bio-Gel® products: 4% yield improvement.
- Three Bio-Gel® products: 6% yield improvement.
- Participating customers of Midwestern BioAg are only eligible for warranty payments based on the percentage improvement associated with the number of Bio-Gel® products actually used. Other results may vary.
- The Program extends only to the growing period running from March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
- The Program is administered by Grower’s Edge Financial, Inc. (“Grower’s Edge”), and Grower’s Edge is responsible for administering the enrollment process, warranty review, and warranty payment. Participating customers are bound by the requirements and exclusions listed in the Program or Plan Terms and Conditions and other enrollment documentation agreed to by them.
- Fields filed under a crop insurance claim, yielding below 80% of their APR or located in a county declared as a “Disaster County,” will be excluded from the Program and not eligible for a warranty payment. Other exclusions may apply as listed in the Program or Plan Terms and Conditions.
- Except as expressly stated in the Program or Plan Terms and Conditions with respect to yield improvement, Midwestern BioAg makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to the Bio-Gel® products used, including any warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, whether arising by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
- Failure to follow any of the Program or Plan rules or Terms and Conditions will render participating customers ineligible for warranty payments.
**0% Financing through January 15, 2027:
- Fixed APR applicable until January 2027, after which Prime Plus 1.5% will apply until the loan due date of January 15, 2027.
- Financing is offered through The Cooperative Finance Association, Inc. and its lending partners, is available only where licensed, and is solely for business purposes for agricultural production.
