Griffith steps into the role following more than three years of service on Midwestern BioAg’s Board of Directors. He brings nearly three decades of leadership experience across life sciences and agriculture, with a background spanning sales, product management, and executive leadership.

Midwestern BioAg has built a strong foundation rooted in agronomic integrity and trusted partnerships,” said Griffith. “I believe companies achieve sustainable growth through a truly customer-centric approach, and my priority as CEO is simple: ensure the success of our customers. When they win, we win.”

The company emphasized that its leadership team remains aligned and that day-to-day operations will continue without interruption as Midwestern BioAg enters its next phase of growth.

Griffith added, “Agriculture is navigating a challenging and rapidly evolving environment—from market volatility to shifting grower expectations. Midwestern BioAg is well-positioned to meet these dynamics with agility, focus, and a clear commitment to delivering value in the field.”

As CEO, Griffith will focus on strengthening relationships across Midwestern BioAg’s existing Channel Partner network while continuing to explore thoughtful, strategic partnerships that expand access to the company’s innovative soil health solutions.
