Channel Development Manager – Illinois and Indiana

We’re looking for an A-player who can instantly command respect, drive growth through our channel partners, and be the face of the most disruptive soil health and crop input products in the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and expand the entire territory
  • Deepen relationships with established channel partners while recruiting new ones
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and channel “sell-through” support
  • Lead on-farm engagement: product training, ride-alongs, seasonal meetings, tradeshows, and demo plots
  • Partner with farmers and dealers to deliver visible, measurable results in yield and ROI
  • Build and execute business plans with partners, forecasting and tracking progress in CRM
  • Stay ahead of cropping trends and bring agronomic insights back to leadership

What Makes You Successful Here

  • Sales Leadership: 5+ years of ag sales with a track record of outperforming targets
  • Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with regions crops, growers, and competitive landscape
