Tracy Schmidt serves Midwestern BioAg as HR Manager. In her role, Tracy manages payroll, administers benefits, and recruits job seekers to join MBA. Speaking true to her character, Tracy says, “I pride myself on strengthening positive culture change and building strong working relationships with the employees I am lucky enough to service.”
In the fall of 2020, she made the move to Midwestern BioAg. Prior to that, Tracy has worked with Family Fresh Pack, QPS Employment Group and Bliss Communications. She has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, management, and communications as well as holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
